Welcome to the future domain of RogerZelazny.com, a site we've long sought to secure in order to honor the literary works of Roger Zelazny, legendary author of the Amber series and other award-winning works who lost a battle with cancer in 1995.
We believe the time is long due for the emergence of Zelazny's Amber characters in a film series which has the scope of Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings trilogy. Like Tolkien, Zelazny had a way of narrating a tale which provided pure entertainment and fascination for the reader. His casual, first-person writing style leaves a special and distinctive mark in the world of fiction, and he remains an inspiration to many readers and writers alike.
This site is owned by the author Francis DiPietro and his family, who intend to act as respectful stewards of this domain until such time as they are no longer able, or have seen the goal of gaining proper media recognition for Roger Zelazny's work fully realized.
